This nice treat / appetizer was made in my NuWave 10 quart air fryer.

WOW, are these things good. Great with some zesty ranch dressing over them.

I cut the pickles into 1/4" chips, dried them, and then dipped them into well beaten eggs, and then into a mix of 2/3 cup of Panko bread crumbs, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, and a couple of pinches of dill weed.

I set the temperature at 400 degrees and cooked the dill chips for 10 minutes.
